These terms and conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute an agreement between Guillermo Salas ("Guillermo Salas," "we," "us," or "our") and you ("User," "you," or "your"). This Agreement governs your use of the Guillermo Salas website, including any products or services offered (collectively, "Website" or "Services").
Accounts and Membership
By using our Services, you agree to adhere to the rules and policies established by Guillermo Salas. The services provided under the Contract are intended for business purposes only. Guillermo Salas's products and services are for your exclusive use, and you may not share them with others.
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining account security. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activities. We reserve the right to monitor and review new accounts and may suspend, disable, or delete accounts for violations of this Agreement.
Billing and Payments
Payment for services is billed in consecutive payments until the entire agreement is paid. All installment payments are due in advance of service provision. Fees and billing terms are outlined in your agreement. Guillermo Salas reserves the right to change product pricing and refuse any order. Auto-renewal may apply, and you authorize automatic charges to your provided credit card.
Refund or Cancellation Policy
Refund or cancellation policies operate on a case-by-case basis or in accordance with the selected program. Guillermo Salas reserves the right to change products and cancellation policies. Refund or cancellation requests are subject to review, and approval is at Guillermo Salas's discretion.
Money-Back Guarantee
To qualify for Guillermo Salas's Money-Back Guarantee, participants must adhere to specific conditions ensuring active engagement and commitment to the program's success:
Participants need to successfully complete the agreed-upon term in consecutive months to remain eligible for the Money-Back Guarantee.
Maintain an active and good-standing account throughout the entire agreement term. Any payment interruptions during this period will nullify the Money-Back Guarantee.
Attend all scheduled coaching sessions to maximize the benefits of the program. Failure to be present at any session will result in forfeiture of the Money-Back Guarantee.
Actively track and report weekly sales numbers using the Coaching Platform, following guidelines outlined in the "Getting Started" module of Onboarding.
Hold and sustain a current full-time Real Estate Agent license throughout the agreement term, dedicating a minimum of 30 hours per week to Real Estate business.
Actively implement three recommended lead generation strategies as directed in the Coaching Platform's "30 60 90 Day Goals" for a comprehensive coaching experience.
Ensure the timely payment of all charges under the agreement, settling them within 30 days of the due date, to maintain eligibility for the Money-Back Guarantee.
Accuracy of Information
We strive for accuracy, but occasional errors may occur on the Website. Guillermo Salas reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or cancel orders. Information updates are not guaranteed.

Guillermo Salas may link to other websites, but we do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of linked websites.
Prohibited Uses
Users are prohibited from using the Website for unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate purposes. Prohibited activities include spamming, collecting personal information, and interfering with security features.
Intellectual Property Rights
Intellectual property rights remain with Guillermo Salas. Users are granted no right or license to reproduce Guillermo Salas's or third-party trademarks.
Reviews, Testimonials and Pictures/Videos
Guillermo Salas welcomes client reviews and may use them with client information. Submissions are treated as non-confidential, and users grant permission for their use.
Limitation of Liability
Guillermo Salas's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes are governed by the laws of North Carolina. Users submit to the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts and waive the right to a jury trial.
Assignment
Users may not assign rights or obligations without consent. Guillermo Salas is free to assign rights as part of business transactions.
Electronic Signature
Communication through the Website is considered electronic. Users agree to electronic communication's equivalence to written communication.
Changes and Amendments
Guillermo Salas may modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Website or Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, you are not authorized to use the Website or Services.
